During our years of real estate experience we have sometimes felt uncomfortable telling a client that their fuscia living room walls will discourage 99% of prospective buyers but didn't know exactly how to help them realize the flaws in the decor or arrangement of furniture to make their house more presentable and therefore more marketable without making them angry and pulling the listing.

To the FSBO (For Sale By Owner): We can help you with design changes, color selection, curb appeal and even contractors to help you implement the changes we suggest to make you home more appealing to the prospective buyer.

To the Real Estate Agent: Now the agent has an option, suggest using For Sale Buy Design and we take the pressure off you the agent.

Our Philosophy: We pride ourselves on understanding the problems and hurt feelings when a home doesn't sell because of many and varied reasons. The homeowner usually cannot separate themselves from their likes and dislikes, and what will make the home more saleable. Our objective is to get the home to sell quickly and with the highest possible price to the seller.
